The brand draws inspiration from the Christian teachings and servant leadership of Tom and Pat Watson, founders of Watson Memorial Teaching Ministries. True to its name, Dei Lux—Latin for "God’s Light"—is inspired by John 8:12, reflecting a divine call to illuminate the world through fashion and faith.
