We currently offer shipping to the following locations:

3. Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 4 to 16 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 3 to 7 business days (available for an additional charge).

  • Overnight Shipping: Next-day delivery (available for an additional charge).

You will be able to select your preferred shipping method at checkout.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on your location, the size and weight of your order, and the shipping method selected. You will see the final shipping cost before completing your purchase during the checkout process.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $299.00 available for certain locations. This offer may be subject to change.

5. Delivery Timeframes

The estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 7 to 10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 3 to 5 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on external factors such as carrier delays, weather, or holiday periods.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (if provided). You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery. Please allow up to 16 hours for the tracking information to appear in the carrier's system.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Some items may have shipping restrictions based on size, weight, or destination. If there are any restrictions on your order, we will notify you.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

We take great care in packaging your items to prevent damage during shipping. However, if your order is lost, damaged, or does not arrive on time, please contact us immediately at deiluxco@gmail.com or 504-264-1429.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for any loss or theft of the package. Please contact your local carrier or delivery service to report a stolen package.

  • Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will assist you with a replacement for any damaged goods.

9. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect addresses. If you realize an error in your address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible to make corrections.
