Refund policy

At Dei Lux LLC ("we", "our", or "us"), we strive to provide high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We are also deeply committed to giving back, as 25-50% of the profits from every purchase are donated to support Shoppers’ Church listed at check out.
This Refund Policy outlines the process for returning or exchanging items purchased on our website. Please read the following carefully to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes in certain situations a return may be necessary. You are eligible for a return or refund if the following conditions are met:

Returns: Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

Condition: The items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached (if applicable).

Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Sale or clearance items (unless defective or damaged)
2. How to Return an Item
If you would like to return an item, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Please email our customer support team at deiluxco@gmail.com or call 504-264-1429 to initiate your return request. Include your order number and the reason for the return.

Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions on how to return the item.

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
3. Refunds Process
Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions:

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal).

Refund Timing: Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item. Depending on your payment method, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Deduction of Donation Portion: Please note that 25-50% of the profit from your purchase has been donated to Shoppers’ selected associated Church. Therefore, the refund you receive will be for the full price of the item minus the 25-50% of the profit that was donated to the church, which is non-refundable.
Example:

If your total purchase was $100 and the profit from that purchase was $20, $10 of that profit has already been donated to the church.

If you return the item, the refund would be for $90, which is the price of the item minus the $10 donation portion.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund (subject to the policy above) and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and issue a full refund or send a replacement.
6. Exceptions
In certain cases, we may provide exceptions to this refund policy, including when:

The item is a special order or customized.

There is a specific promotion that overrides the standard return policy.

The item was purchased as part of a fundraising event or campaign.
